Licence

Every design on TextiloArt is sold under the same Standard licence. When you buy or unlock a design, you are not buying the copyright — you receive a permanent licence to use the design as described below.

1. What you may do

  • Print the design on fabric, garments, home textiles and other physical products, for yourself or for clients.
  • Sell the printed products you make with it, in any quantity.
  • Adjust the design for production — change its colours, scale, repeat or placement, or combine it with your own artwork.
  • Show the design in photos of your products and in your own marketing.
  • No credit or attribution is required.

2. What you may not do

  • Share, resell or give away the digital files, whether as they are or edited, including as part of a design pack, template, mock-up or print-on-demand file.
  • Upload the design to another marketplace or stock site, or offer it for others to download.
  • Claim the design as your own original work, or register it as a trademark.
  • Pass the licence on to someone else. Each business that uses a design needs its own.

3. Not exclusive

The licence is non-exclusive: other customers can buy and use the same design. If you need exclusive rights to a design, contact us before you buy.

4. How long it lasts

The licence is permanent. Your purchases stay in your Library and can be downloaded again within the download limits shown there.

5. If the licence is broken

If a design is used in a way this licence does not allow, the licence ends, we may remove the design from your Library and close your account, and we may take further action to protect our rights. A design that is refunded is also removed from your Library, and the licence for it ends.
