Terms of service

The website is operated by TextiloArt, a business based in Pakistan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us through the details in section 15.

• You need an account to buy or download. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google.
• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one person or one business. Sharing an account, or its downloads, with others is not allowed.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or shows signs of being shared. Where we can, we will tell you why.

• We sell digital design files (for example print-ready TIF artwork), delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped.
• Product pages show watermarked previews. The file you download is the full-quality original without the watermark.
• Colours on screen can look different from a printed result, which depends on your fabric, printer and colour settings. Check the formats, sizes and details on the product page before you buy.
• When you buy a design you receive a licence to use it, as described in our Licence. The design itself remains ours.

• Each design is priced in credits, and some can also be bought directly in Pakistani rupees (PKR) or US dollars (USD), as shown on the product page.
• Credit packages, plans and direct purchases are paid through our payment partner. Your card, bank or wallet details are entered with the payment partner; we do not receive or store them. Their terms also apply to the payment.
• The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order. We may change prices for future orders; a change never affects an order already paid.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Credits are used to unlock designs on the site. They do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for money, except as set out in our Refund policy.

• A plan gives you a set number of design downloads each month, chosen by you from the whole shop. Plans are paid monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Before paying you confirm that you accept these terms.
• Months are counted from the day your plan starts. A yearly plan gives the same monthly number of downloads in each of its twelve months.
• Unused downloads do not carry over. Any downloads you have not used by the end of a month are lost, and the next month starts with the plan's full number again.
• The first download of a design uses one of that month's downloads and adds the design to your Library for good. Downloading it again later uses none, and it stays in your Library after the plan ends. The usual download limits per design apply.
• A plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the plan page says your plan renews automatically, it then simply ends and nothing more is charged; you can buy it again at any time.
• Where a plan renews automatically, you can cancel it from the Plans page at any time. It then stops renewing and keeps working until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling a yearly plan early may carry a cancellation fee; the amount is shown before you subscribe and again before you confirm the cancellation.
• Payments for a plan already started are not refunded in part. See our Refund policy.
• A plan is for the account holder only and cannot be shared or transferred.

• Every design you unlock or buy stays in your Library, from where you can download it again.
• Each download link is created when you click Download and works for a short time only, so that links cannot be passed around.
• Download limits per design may apply; your Library shows how many downloads you have left. Keep your own copy of the files you buy.
• If we stop selling a design, it stays in the Library of everyone who already bought it. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice where we can, so you can download your files.

You agree not to:

• share, resell or give away the downloaded files, or your account;
• remove watermarks from previews or try to get files without paying;
• get around download limits, or copy the site’s content in bulk (scraping);
• use the site for fraud, or interfere with its security or operation.

Because designs are delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are limited. The cases where we refund are set out in our Refund policy.

The designs, previews, text, logo and other content on the site belong to TextiloArt or the designers who license them to us, and are protected by copyright. Apart from the licence you receive when you buy a design, no rights are given to you.

• We work to keep the site available and the files correct, but the site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
• Designs are provided as described on their product page. It is your responsibility to check that a design suits your intended use and production method before you print.
• As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or production costs, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published; for important changes we will also tell you on the site or by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. Please contact us first: most problems can be sorted out quickly.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
